Thanks for all the input. It looks like the majority agrees that exempt it's OK to dock employees in 1/2 day increments but not in increments less than that. If anyone has any other thoughts, I'd like to read them.

I'll take a stab at your question with what I know and hope that some of those more experienced individuals respond too. Exempt ees work until the job is done (their comp is supposed to take this into account) which will likely include hours worked…
