Hi There,
I am a bit confused as to if my company would need to post the notice for the: Employee Rights Notice. We are a small, non-unionized business (less than 100
employees). Is there a requirement based on our annual sales/profit amount that
would indicate we would need to post this? We are a data services company that
provides data extraction in the automotive industry.
I believe the requirement goes into affect Jan 2012, here is the link to the NLRB page that covers the posting.
Help
Thanks

Hi Amy:
The Board's coverage is based on interstate commerce levels. It is so minimal that you are most likely covered, but see http://nlrb.gov/faq/poster to judge for yourself.
The date for posting the new noticee is also a moving target, see http://hr.blr.com/HR-news/Unions/National-Labor-Relations-Act-NLRA/Employer-Alert-NLRB-Postpones-Notice-Requirement-A/
Hope this helps!

Hi Amy,
How as an organization that has certain staff work from their homes, ensure that we are incompliance with the law. Do they need a poster for their homes, a memo, etc. How can we ensure that we are in compliance? Thanks
