A little late to post, but thought I would pass on an idea a co-worker had.
We used to lease cars for our marketing people. My co-worker's idea was to move one of the cars used by a salesman onto the next street, and put a tricycle in his regular parking spot. The tricyle had a note which said, "Due to budget considerations we have replaced your transportation vehicle with a more inexpensive model."
