We have a governor in Missouri that I would love to give to someone. My boys are not even in the Public School System but he is cutting the education funds for the State something awful.

There are a lot of idiots out there that would vote for her. This is one election that ALL eligible voters should get out and cast their vote. Wouldn't it be lovely if she lost by the biggest landslide in history? Would NY still keep her?

First, I'd like to apologize to all the good people of Missouri for suggesting we send Hillary there. I was trying to tweak Don, but it backfired on me. I confused MS with MO. So, how about we send her to Mississippi?

Ritaanz, are you suggesting the majority of NY'ers are idiots since we elected her to the senate? x;-) I believe polls have shown that if she ran for reelection today she would lose in upstate NY... not sure about those liberal downstater's (go ahead and flame me, Whatever). x:D

I like the idea of the moon or Mars or even France. The French should love her. If she loses she can stay in NY as long as she wants as long as she pays all the state taxes on those millions she will earn from her book.

Hey, I have another idea...the company I work for manufactures electronic voting machines. Maybe they could be programmed to vote for anyone but Hillary.

Ray, the only reason she won the NY election is because her opponent was diagnoised with cancer and dropped out of the race. The unknown they put in opposite her just that, an unknown. The Clintons are an embarassment.

You're right, her replacement opponent was an unkown in most of the state. He also came across as a genuine nice guy. And he finished last in that race of two.

Couldn't resist. In my lifetime, there were only two times I have voted republican(small r). Both times involved carpetbaggers (first time was Keating vs. Kennedy). The problem is I am not too sure she really is a liberal. However, she very good a getting press coverage (I know, you'll blame the eastern liberal establishment press).
For the record, please note that the current mayor and the previous mayor are republicans. Please note, that New Yorkers (from the city) contribute more tax money and get back less per individual (especially for education) than you other New Yorkers. I believe they only area where we get more money is for security.

Please note, at no time have I raised the issue of the problems with the voting machines (which no matter how problematic they are, are superior to Floridas).

Funny, the perception in upstate NY is the City sucks up the majority of the tax dollars. Just some good natured joking between upstate and downstate NY'ers for those who might think we are throwing barbs.

Actually, go ahead and complain about the machines. If you use the old mechanical machines like we do up here, they stopped building those in 1966. Most of ours date from the 1940's and 50's. NY is in the process of selecting a supplier for new electronic machines to use in the next presidential election. The chosen contractor will supply the same machines throughout the entire state. We are hoping our customer is the chosen contractor - we are the contract manufacturer that assembles the machines.

That made me laugh. No, I don't remember his name, but I remember his face - a relatively slender, young looking guy in his early 40's. Wasn't he from Long Island, or somewhere in your neck of the woods?

First time posting to something like this on the forum, but I have to admit from reading these comments I am so proud to be a part of this forum.

I have been trying to figure out what part of the world to move to should the unthinkable happen and the Clintons ever regain the White House through Hilary. I'm pretty sure the damage to us as a country cannot even be estimated.

I so enjoy reading everyone's thoughts.

Actually, a joke in NY was we hope Hillary does regain the White House because then she is out of NY and we get a new senator.

Be careful for what you wish. Back in my Arkansas days we used to wish for the same thing. Get him elected to President and we get him out of Arkansas. But on the flip side have you noticed that they did not move back to Arkansas?
