  • I think the employee having been trained twice and still unable to perform to standard needs to go. If the choice were mine the supervisor would go also. But in reality that would be up to the supervisors MGR and the CEO.

  • Thanks Frank, we are a hospital and recently purchased an Electronic Health Record system that included payroll, HR was an add on that just doesnt meet our needs. Hoping to find something else that is reasonable in price.
