• Once on shirt: Pretentious? Moi? On an apron: Who invited all these tacky people?
• Communication gap? I had an employee call and tell me one of her co-workers would be late because he was going to choir practice. Turns out he went to the chiropractor.
• We don't have a formal interview form, but I have found it helpful to have a copy of the job description in hand to keep the questions job- function related. Also, before the very first interview I make a list of questions for applicants, and stic…
• If you don't mind, I would appreciate a copy. lhill@midsouthsynergy.com. Thanks!

• I agree with HRQ. The impact of the suspension, obviously for a serious infraction of policy, will be lost. Also, consider the reaction of ee's who are not given this option. Inconvenience of management may be avoided next time if the supv. learn…
• Can you be more specific? Our retirement policy is generally ruled by the master documents, which sets normal retirement age, etc., but we do have some flexibility in offering early retirement packages.
• We have security badges that open electronic locks. First badge free, after that $5 replacement cost. We put it in our policy and had employees sign it. We also have them sign a payroll deduction authorization for the $5.
• Congratulations on the 30 years. It is nice to know that some of the stories have a happy ending. As it happens one of our cases is a supervisor with the other party being in another department. One has access to certain payroll information which…
• Sorry, bad timing. I'm all for hearts and flowers!
• I agree. We were told only health insurance plan information is covered. We still get PHI on Workers Comp and FMLA in order to administer these claims and programs.
• Sorry, for another request, but would you please email me one at your convenience: lhill@midsouthsynergy.com. Thanks very much.
