Switch to Diet Pepsi, just that alone will cut a few pounds in a few months. Trust me - if can do it, anyone can. I used to be a real Pepsi girl, never thought I could manage, but I did.

Don't forget to go to your local bookstore and invest in a decent cookbook that can help you in preparing meals and snacks. The first few days are the hardest....... It's worth it when I'm able to get into my new skinny jeans though!
