Got ya I misunderstood the question. I was thinking they were on intermittent leave for a half day as needed.

This is, in may cases, a State specific issue. Most states have specific guidelines relating to pay and deductions. If a state does not have any guidelines you would default to the federal guidelines.

You are correct I am sure not many people will get that especially the young ones in the office. More often than not they just give me a strange look when I make an obscure reference like that and follow it up with "I don't get it".

One other alternative I use is to attach them or hand them out with paychecks. I make a spreadsheet with the names and the pay period they where attached to. If they cashed their check then I figure they recieved the info and if I hand deliver it…

Thanks, that is what I was thinking also. Nobody in the plant ever pays attention to the updated posters, but some of the higher ups were expressing some concern over just posting the poster.
