That's the problem, the benefits have not been defined by the VP. We do offer profit sharing and 401K, I know that is to be added. As for the minimum age requirements, I have always had the impression that you can put on age on retirement.

I am new to the position and from what I understand the company has never dealt with this situation before.

From a legal stand, do I have to grant her additional days? She filled out the FMLA forms requesting leave and it was granted mainly because was beginning to have very poor attendance due to the pregenacy.

Is it legal to define a certain age in a Retirement Policy? I have been under the impression that age is not allowed to be mentioned under ERISA.
