I wouldn't, but the law requires a lot of ridiculous edicts and I don't want to be on the wrong side of the argument. Rationality and justice are not characteristics that I necessarily equate with what is legal.

We have a very nice area set up with a lot of equipment. I seldom see anyone use it although I think there is some after work use. We do have employees sign a release against injury to lessen our exposure to lawsuits.
