• Neither am I. ??????? What happened?
• Reminds me of the scene in the movie "Something About Mary"--we've got a bleeder here! Ok, it wasn't his lip that was involved but there was a zipper......
• It's been a very busy week--glad I took the time to check this out! Very funny (and way too true.....)
• If the sender may have no knowledge of the message, who does? gremlins in the e-mail system? My tiny little brain can't wrap around such an idiotic statement like that.
• LAST EDITED ON 04-13-04 AT 04:21PM (CST)[br][br]As someone who just logged off from "Weight Watchers--find a meeting" site: "Lumpy Bubblechunks" The irony of it all (my brother's nickname for me as a kid was…
• I heard something over the weekend that made me laugh! How about changing the clocks over at 4:00 pm on Friday! Start the weekend early--much better idea than ranting about losing an hour of sleep! My personal addendum: Make it a really "Happy" …
• RE: #18 When I lived in the San Joaquin Valley (Visalia)during the mid 70s, there was a thunderstorm. Being from Illinois, I didn't think anything was wrong. However, most of my co-workers thought that the end of world was near! They were truly f…
• Maybe the room was in San Francisco and it was charged by the 1/2 hour....

• ....what are you asking? When people would comment on the sign, I would always sidestep the questions by answering "It says I might". The person had to ask outright for an answer.
• It wasn't a T-shirt, but one of those yellow car window signs. I had it for quite a while (and raised more than a few eyebrows). "Ask me, I might."
• That reminds me of a "Dilbert" cartoon. Dogbert offers an MBA in an afternoon. The first question of the final--"Do you have a check?" Second question--"What is today's date?" The last panel was "You can pick up your diploma from the laser print…
• "Be nice to your children. They decide which nursing home you get."
• I would really appreciate it. Thanks for taking the time to send it to me. Hope you have a wonderful holiday!
• Just to give you an idea about gallstones...my grandmother had gallstone surgery years ago (I was a kid then). She kept her stones in a clear medicine bottle--one was the size of a large peach pit and the other one was the size of an apricot pit. …
• Linda, I like the multi-color lights, too. To me, it's just more festive that way. Single color lights are pretty and elegant but are just not my taste. The wrapping paper thing--love lots of different kinds of paper under the tree. I guess that…
• I had the the flip side of your predicament. I faxed a request for life insurance supplies on a Tuesday. The supplies were FEDEX'd to me by the following Friday. Since I never feel completely comfortable with faxing anything, I was completely sho…
• Wow, they actually read your memos! I usually get the answer "Oh, that's probably in the stack of mail in my mailbox". It was over two weeks ago when I sent it out. You are right, though, about having to explain it anyway.

• Illinois--more than just Chicago!
• Don't you just love it? The people who were selling off the information should have to pay for all paperwork and ill will that this has come to. Just like the SSN, everybody and their dog can find out (and use!) your information with those nine di…
• Is there a way to flush "softly"?
• Elton John dancing with Tony Danza....that's a visual that's too funny to pass up!
• So far today from my husband I received the following: "I was going to get in the shower with you, but I was just too tired". Then I had to move his pick-up truck so I could leave for work. That's the extent of what I will see. Hope the rest of …
• Checking in from central Illinois....just thought our gasoline dealers association members were getting greedy! I guess it's all over the country. The gas price at the Shell station on the corner was $1.75 for the lowest grade. Sure hope this is …
• I have often wondered who could possibly hang our great flag in such disarray. I, too, find it upsetting. However, I don't have any suggestions on a way to approach the homeowners/tenants. I wouldn't think of removing and replacing it. I think i…
• Sounds like "Dilbert" meets Einstein. I laughed out loud. Thanks for sharing on a gray Wednesday.
• One of my coworkers went to his concert last year and was totally satisfied with his performance. She didn't get home until 1:30 am but felt it was worth it! I haven't heard anything bad about his concerts--he's still got it!
• OK, Don, I just did it. It was fun deciding what to put in there. However, I don't really have any "secrets to the grave" I want to spill, except how I would like to meet you....
• MYTH: "Since you work in HR, you must make a lot of money!" FACT: I make less than some employees who have less education and experience. I get to know about the people who "make a lot of money".
• If you will send me your email address, I will forward our policy to you.
• Is there any chance you could add a note to those reports? I am thinking of something such as "Report should not be considered complete due to lack of documentation from (name of slacker)." Of course, your wording may be more diplomatic than that.…
