HELP! 2011 will be the first time our company has filed the EEO-1 report. I have the tools ( our HR software) needed to get the info the Government is requesting but I am totally confused as to how to file the info online. The customer service rep that I spoke with at EEOC was not helpful and seemed kind of agitated that I called. Our company has over 20 locations and includes a corporate office however none of the locations have more than 50 people. Can someone please give me some guidance. Thanks in advance.
