FMLA Tracking/Management Software
I have a company with almost 700 employees. We're tracking FMLA manually and need to move to an on-line system. We'd prefer a system that will allow us to download our payroll data directly into the FMLA tracking program. One program we have looked at is Optis. Oh, and I should say that we're interested in a system that could track our other leaves as well (general leave, non-FMLA medical, etc.) but our biggest need is FMLA right now. If you have experience with a system like this could you share the good and bad about what it can do?
