Easy Cranberry Relish with Grand Marnier

You will see I often eyeball what I cook rather than use exact measurements.

16 oz cranberries - chopped manually - not in a food processor
2 apples - chopped with skin left on
Mandarin oranges cut up - large can, maybe two
Can of crushed pineapple drained - medium to large size can
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 oz. Grand Marnier
juice from lemon (optional - I use juice from 1/2 lemon)

Mix together and let marinate overnight. It can be frozen.
