Would this be compensable time?

Here's the scenario...

You have a non-exempt employee who has been released from his job after his shift. The EE is not expected to remain at home but gets frequent calls from 2nd shift workers with questions/problems they are having on the job. The EE spends anywhere from 5-30+ minutes on the phone "walking" the other EE through the problem to get it resolved. There can be anywhere from 0-5 calls on any given evening. The EE at work cannot call the supervisor for the dept. as the supv. doesn't answer the telephone. This is work that HAS to get done that evening.

Should the EE in question be paid for the time spent on the telephone?
