The information I have been able to gather referring to payroll check stubs indicates that there is no Federal Law that states the standard deductions (Federal, State taxes and FICA) have to show on a payroll check. Alabama says "employer generally" supplies this info.
Anybody out there from Alabama that can add to this.
Also, in paying on the 1st and the 15th of the month. The check of the 1st sometimes runs over the 10 days totalling over 40 hours sometimes by two days (16 hours) is this paid as overtime or does this become part of the third week in a payperiod.
