Here's that politically correct answer you've been waiting for! The responsibility for EEO in our company is company wide, right down to the last guy on the totem pole and right up to the first guy on the totem pole. Our policy, as most do, is posted everywhere and assigns responsibility for compliance and observance to each and every employee. But, all said and done, it the responsibility of HR to monitor, train, post, remind, grease wheels, investigate, put discipline in motion as appropriate, advise upper management and respond to complaints and charges.
