Policy regarding building appearance

Hi everyone. I wanted to see if anyone has a policy regarding building appearance in terms of paint, furnishings, décor, etc. My county manager is looking to draft a policy, and tasked me with researching the topic and seeing if there are examples of similar policies out there. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
