Apprenticeship programs

We are looking to create an apprenticeship program internally with step increases annually for achieving a set of milestones.  Does anyone have a policy or suggested incremental increases that you would be willing to share as a starting point for us?  If so, can you please email it to me at judy.hicks@jstus.com
