FMLA TRACKING FOR ROLLING YEAR

Our hospital just changed from a fiscal year tracking to rolling year.  I am still trying to learn how to track the rolling year and create a rolling year worksheet at the same time.  If anyone has such a tracking spreadsheet, would you be so kind as to share.
