Organizational Chart Software

Hi there,

We currently use excel for our organizational chart.  The fact that our organization has grown overtime, excel cannot handle the size of our organization. I just wanted to see what everybody else is using and possibly your experience with it..  I am aware of Visio from microsft, but that's about it. Thanks.
