No Wage Gap? How about an Injury and Illness Gap?

An article in the WSJ by Carrie Lukas is being discussed all over the social media.

http://online.wsj.com/article/SB10001424052748704415104576250672504707048.html

She maintains there is no wage gap if the figures are looked at by hours worked, occupations held, shift differentials, etc., so the wage gap being discussed re Equal Pay Day is not based on gender discrimination.

She also mentions that men are hurt and killed more on the job, but it isn't called an Injury and Illness Gap.
