Pre-employment drug testing and physical results retention
I read that drug testing and physical exam results need to be only be kept for a year. Is this correct? Also where do you file these results. Since we don't offer benefits for all our companies and very few who are eligible take advantage of our benefits, it sounds easiest to keep them together per year and toss when necessary. Any advice? I just started for this company and they have records going back to 2004. Thanks.
