H1N1 or H5N1 next worry?

I'm confused by some articles on the Internet. What flu might be coming this spring and summer, swine flu (H1N1) or back to Avian flu (H5N1)? Does it matter with regard to our current preventive plans?

Flu=Flu. I like to make vaccines available on site but some employers don't like to do that.
