I HAVE AN EMP WHO HAS STOLEN HER PERSONAL FILE WITH HER WARNING NOTICES AND ALL OF THE SIGNED DOCUMENTS FOR CHECK DEDUCTIONS,ACCEPTANCE OF COMPANY POLICIES, ETC. SINCE THIS SHE WAS WRITTEN UP FOR SOMETHING OTHER AND HAS REFUSED TO SIGN IT, LATER ASKING FOR A COPY OF IT. WHEN I ASKED HER TO FILL OUT NEW W4 & ALL OTHER DOCUMENTS SHE DID NOT FILL OUT THE AUTHORIZATION FOR CHECK DEDUCTIONS. DO I LEGALLY HAVE THE RIGHT TO TELL HER SHE CANT COME BACK TO WORK UNTIL THIS IS SIGNED.
