Intermittent FMLA

1) An employee recently had surgery and was out 2 weeks, fmla certified by Dr. If employee came back and 2 weeks passed, but is out due to a flare up of previous surgery and Dr. tells her to be out for 2 days. Would the initial FMLA paperwork support the FMLA for these 2 additional days...or should the employee provide doctors note to support why she is out and it is for that FMLA reason and nothing else. Supvr is asking to displine ee for the 2 days out.

2)If a Dr.certifies that an employee has a chronic condition, migranes, back condition asthma, etc., the employee doesn't need to provide a Dr's note for each unexpected episodes, as long as we have the certification right?
