I am from a larger company in the Midwest, we are implementing a HRMS system. I am inquiring if anyone would recommend or would not recommend any consultants or consulting houses.

With or without payroll?

Our employee count is just over 2725.
Presently our payroll runs through meditech, that is it, we are starting from scratch. We are looking for compensation, benefits (enrollment,retirement), perfomance management, training and development, talent management. We would prefer something to interphase with Meditech if possible, but it is not mandatory.
