Federal and State Comparisons

Our company is thinking about opening a branch office in New Jersey. I have been asked to find out how New Jersey employment law differs from current Federal law. I came across a comparison from the Department of Labor (http://www.dol.gov/esa/whd/state/fmla/nj.htm) in regards to FMLA and NJFMLA but cannot seem to find anything else similar. Is there anything else out there that would layout the differences between Federal and New Jersey? If not, where is the best place to begin?

SHRM has something.  BLR probably has something.  Something decent for free probably isn't just sitting around but I'm only guessing.
