Employer response to MRSA

With all the hype in the media, I was wondering what we should do if an employee self identified as having the super-Strep bug called MRSA beyond putting our contagious disease policy into effect,having the cleaning company sanitize the public areas, and putting out hand sanitizer. 

Do you think it become a media circus if we told our other employees?
