I am looking for a beginning supervisor training program for our strategic planning committee

Does anyone have a program with a mix of T&D inhouse and CBT? I need an outline of what others are doing for a reality check.

I don't have a training program. We usually work with a consultant who helps set up the committee and facilitates the planning sessions.
