NLRB Hiring Decision

I was happy to see the NLRB take a stand on salting and hiring discrimination based on union involvement. Nice that the salt now has to prove that he or she actually wanted the job and wasn't just interested in organizing.

I agree, even though I was somewhat confused about how an employer would go about showing that the applicant wasn't "genuinely" interested in gaining employment. I thoght the Board was vague about that part of the decision.
