I am looking to benchmark any companies that have policies that allow employees who travel a lot for business to expense the cost of their overnight nanny / babysitter while they are away.  Or any other similar policies.

This is an interesting idea for a policy. I've never actually run into this issue before. Is this something large companies are doing now?

I know universities and some big 8 type consulting firms have had this type of policy but I do not know if other private companies do this. We are UK owned and have had some transferees ask about this.  Trying to see if it is feasable and how other companies have approached it (or chosen not to).
