I am rewriting our evaluation for our new hire orientation. Does anyone have good ideas on questions to ask other than the tired "did you think the information was too little, too much or just right?"

Describe/explain 5 things you learned in your orientation.
Looking back at the different training methods that were used in your orientation (audio/visual, manuals, practical, etc.),
tell us which method worked the best for you and explain why.
