Training Trainwreck

It is Friday, and I am sitting here trying to organize a trainng audit for our organization. Any hints on how to assess training needs, different level training for employees and supervisors, etc? Any help would be appreciated!  Thank you.

  • We have specific training requirements in Calfironia that you might not have, but some good audit practices are determining your exposure by listing federal and state laws which apply to your organization, prioritizing training needs by the type and size of organization you have (i.e. large, small, office, manufacturing, etc.), and then isolating specific hot spots for training, based on incidents, violations, complaints etc.

We start with the priority training and work our way through an annual schedule. Don't neglect skills training and professional development too! Good luck.
