Help with paying for unique travel time situation
I have an ee that is generally part-time. However, her job is director of mature market programs in which she creates/attends events. Some of these events involve travel and overnight stays with our customers attending these events. How do I determine how to pay her when there is travel by commercial carriers in which she may 'entertain' or offer snacks and may be required to eat meals with customers and attend events with them. Thoughts as to the best way to compensate her.
