Is a birth father able to claim a reasonable amount of paternity leave under the Ohio PDA?

It depends on whether he is a state employee or works for a private company. If he works for the state of Ohio, there may be some provisions for this but if he works for a private company, then I believe it would fall under the federal FMLA.
Can anyone else shed some light on this topic?

I don't know anything about Ohio law either, but he would be eligible leave under FMLA, assuming he met the minimum eligibility qualifications!
