For just a little clarification: Are you asking for feedback on the website as a whole or the Employer's Forum?
I'm a bit biased on both subjects, but I will say I think we have a great group of posters here on the forum. I'm always impressed with their insights and solutions.

I can tell you I joined this site as a complete newby around 2002 or 2003. Within a few months I had learned a ton and continue to see it as one of my most valuable resources. It is especially useful to me when I have a sensitive question as my town is too small to ask one of my local SHRM contacts without them being able to figure out who I am asking about.
As time has gone on, I have begun to contribute more and more. Having to think about my responses has helped me grow. And if I answer wrong, someone steps in to politely correct me so I continue to learn.
