We've been pretty swamped here at the BLR offices, too. In fact, part of what we've been meeting on are ways we can improve this forum for our readers and facilitate conversations (whether existing or new) among our customers and HR pros.

One of the things we discussed was simply reaching out to our unregistered guests out there who may be lurking, but afraid to post (or not aware that they have access to do so).

As a reminder, the Employers Forum is open to all subscribers of HRLaws, as well as to customers who have purchased a product from HRHero in the past year. So, if you're a current subscriber and you're out there reading, don't be afraid to just drop in and say hi! We're a friendly bunch (well, mostly)!

I was thinking the same thing! I just jumped on to check what's new, which was, well, very little!

I myself have just been swamped. I actually feel a little guilty that I haven't been posting more. I'm down a person in my department, trying to hire for another, and all the while getting ready to go on my first legit vacation since 2004. Yes, you read that right. 2004!!!!

Why is it that preparing for an extended vacation is so darned stressful? :-/
