What factors (FLSA or individual policies) determine a pay increase for employees who are assigned additional responsibilities or acting roles?
Length of time (over 12 months), exempt or non-exempt status, and/or type of responsibilities?
Note: employer is local government, no current policy addresses subject.
Any thoughts or help would be greatly appreciated!
