Medical Issue

We have an employee that is being treated for high blood pressure and trying to get it under control with meds. She has had to leave the classroom and go home at least three times this week because her BP gets so high. I want to accomodate her but I also am concerned with her safety and our possibility liability issues. Can we ask her to bring a note from her physician stating that she is "able" to teach/work in the classroom?
