Employee with Sleep Disorder

Any one have to deal with an employee who seems to have a sleep disorder in which they fall asleep on the job, at their desk, at meetings and need to be awoken by staff members? Besides this problem, job performance is fine. How did you handle it? :help:

I haven't had this happen to me personally, but after a quick internet search it does seem you have some remedies available, particularly the ADA interactive job accommodation process. I've had plenty of employees who fell asleep at work, but the key factor here is Criddle's comment "Besides this problem, job performance is fine." Anyone I've had who couldn't stay awake had other performance issues as well, which was probably a blessing on the HR side.
