Who should the EEO Manager in an organization report to and what should their salary range be at?

What is the size of the company. . I have not had experience with a FT EEO manager. .it is one of the many hats I wear and I would think the structure of the company would determine who the person reports to0

What Sonny said - That is also "one of the hats" I wear. As to salary there are so many variales to consider: actual duties and requirements of the position, size and location of the company, etc...

The position would probably report to the Chief HR Officer or the VP of HR. AS for salary range, as other mentioned, it depends on size of company, location, etc. To get a better handle on it, you might want to check out O-Net.org. Search for positions such as Compliance Officer or Compliance Manager. Also, HR Manager, Affirmative Action Manager, etc.
