FMLA Forms - Spanish

Has anyone found FMLA Notice of Eligibility and/or designation notice in Spanish available online? I did not find these two forms on the DOL website.:help:

I've looked myself and not been able to find them either. I've used babelfish to translate text. You can find it at:

[URL]http://babelfish.yahoo.com/[/URL]

It allows you to copy and paste text then translate the into just about any language. It would be difficult to enter a drawn form but you can enter sentences, paragraphs, etc. and use the translation to create the form(s) you need.
