Another cover-up that didn’t … cover up!

The now former CEO of Hewlett Packard was accused of sexual harassment. HP found that, though there was a relationship, there was no violation of its sexual harassment policy. It did discover, however, that the CEO had submitted inaccurate expense reports to cover up the relationship violating its ethical business conduct requirements.
