Less problems?

We have enjoyed a season without really any staff problems going back for almost a year now.
I can point to different reasons for this period of tranquility (great staff, good leadership, etc) but I also wonder if the economy and job situation itself has also been a factor. My theory being that people are more appreciative of their jobs and more focused on keeping them.
Has anyone else seen a decrease in employee issues? Do you feel the economy has changed the general attitude of your employees?

Many of the employees who left were the employees most often involved in any 'negative' activity though, so we seem to have significantly quieted down. I guess we'll have to wait and see if our new employees join the calm culture we currently have, or decide to make things more..err.. exciting.
"Do any other FB problems come to mind?"
"No, all my FB problems come to misbehave."
Its actually an issue that has come up on this forum alot over the years. It involves something that starts with "p" and rhymes with "loop".
