HR Friendly Recruiting/Applicant Software

I looking for something basic and easy to use that has a web based application form. We use Ceridian and I dont really like it. Cant run reports easily.

Hi CarolA - I realize this is an old post, but if you're still looking for input, I would take a look at Taleo. I find that after you're comfortable navigating around it, it's actually pretty easy. Also, it integrates with quite a few things, like our company website job listings and our background check/drug screen company.

Depending on the volume of applicants/positions you expect to have, it might not be the best fit for you, but I would definitely consider it.

Our tracking is done through ADP. Building the online app is a PITA, but the reporting is very nice. Of course, it also reduces my data entry at the time of hire, as well.
