Our construction division with our company is reducing hours. Some of the hourly employees would like to draw Ga Unemployment on the difference of the hours that are less than 40 hrs week. Do I need to provide them with a seperation notice even though they are not being terminated?

Employees can file on their own for unemployment due to a reduction in hours. The unemployment office should contact you for confirmation.
