Thermometer Test

The Pandemic policy posted here mentions a 'Thermometer Test'... Presumably involving an employee having his/her temperature taken at work. If the temp is 100 or above, they get to go home.

Has anyone here actually done that? I'm intrigued by the notion.

Don't know about other places, but schools in Oklahoma and Texas do it with students all the time.

We haven't. If an employee says they are not feeling well we encourage them to go home and not spread whatever they have around.

Frank if I was the pantless one, I would be very cautious recommending the use of thermometers as there are several ways to take a person's temperature.
