Though they have not yet been published in the Federal Register, the new ADA regulations are available under Human Resources News at [url]http://employmentlawpost.com/[/url].
The regulations interpret the requirements of the ADA Amendments Act, which went into effect on January 1, 2009. Although they are not final regulations, they provide useful guidance for complying with the ADAAA. Final regulations will probably not be issued for a while yet.
