Setting Profile

I have tried to complete my profile; but am told that I need a "customer number." If I ever had such a number, I discarded it long ago. Following the instructions, I have emailed HR Hero twice to get a customer number; but have not gotten a reply. Any suggestions would be helpful.

Look above your name on the envelope for your next State and/or Federal Law Letter; I believe that is how I retrieved mine.
